Septic System Cleaning

We will send a pump truck and pump out septic contents according to specific septic tank requireements. Most homes are suggested to pump out every 3-5 years.

INSPECTIONS AND CERTIFICATION

When buying or selling a home, an inspection of the septic system may be required. We will locate and dig up the septic tank and distribution box. We will pump out the septic tank to check the condition of the tank and the tees. We will inspect the condition of the distribution box. We will then perform an absorption test to ensure the drainfield is capable of absorbing water.

INSTALLATION OF EFFLUENT FORCED MAINTENANCE FILTERS

Filters are a great way to help keep sludge and scum out of your drainfield. We highly recommend having a filter installed.

MAINTENANCE AND REPAIRS

Maintaining the septic system is a great way to extend the life of your system. We are able to do repairs for most systems.

WATER PUMP AND CONTROL SYSTEM REPAIRS

There are newer systems that have a pump that will hold the water in a separate tank before releasing it into the drainfield. They are usually equipped with a control box and an alarm system. DO NOT IGNORE THE ALARM. If you alarm is going of please call us and we will send someone out. It could be a small problem with an easy fix, however, if left unattended it could turn into a bigger problem.
